ProWoman is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the Israeli workforce and society, fostering meaningful career development and advancement toward leadership roles.

The program connects female students with inspiring female leaders, who share their professional and personal journeys—including challenges, successes, failures, and lessons learned. As a participant, you will also gain practical tools for personal growth and career development.
