Mindfulness Workshop

A mental training course designed to teach how to be present in the moment, pause, observe non-judgmentally, enhance attention, and better cope with life’s challenges.

The workshop is facilitated by Omri Comay, MA in Clinical Psychology, BA in Psychology, Cognition, and Computer Science.
