Lab

The paleomagnetic lab was founded by Late Prof. Hagai Ron in 1987. At the beginning it was based at the Geophysical Institute of Israel. In 2001 it moved to its current location at the Institute of Earth Sciences, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

A list of our equipment can be found in the left menu bar

Directions to the lab:

The google map in the botom of the page shows the location of the Institute of Earth Sciences. The best way to get there from Begin Rd. is through the southern gate of Givat Ram campus, near "Givat Mordechai" interchange. To get a entrance permit to the campus contact Ron or Yael. Park the car in parking #25. When you enter the building from the parking lot, turn left in the corridor and continue to room #5.
