I am an associate research scientist at Yale University in the group of Prof. Ruslan Medzhitov at the Tananbaum Center for Theoretical and Analytical Human Biology.
Previously I was a post-doctoral fellow at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in the groups of Prof. Ruslan Medzhitov and Prof. Aviv Regev.
I am a former EMBO fellow, a Zuckerman STEM leadership program and a Fulbright Israel alumna, and a recipient of the Israel National Postdoctoral Award Program for Advancing Women in Science.
My research interests lie in the field of tissue-level Systems Biology with particular interest in the communication between different cell types in diverse tissue processes. Using a combination of mathematical models, computational data analysis and optimization theory, my aim is to uncover the underlying principles that govern tissue architecture and function in health and disease.
Previously, I was a Post-Doctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute of Science in the group of Prof. Uri Alon where I also completed my PhD working on design principles of biological circuits.
