Transdisciplinary Innovation Program
If you’re interested in experiencing Israel as the Start-up Nation, our program in Transdisciplinary Innovation will allow you the opportunity to develop a technology-based venture in response to a global health challenge. You’ll engage with Israel’s start-up ecosystem first-hand, working in a multi-disciplinary group and ultimately pitching your venture to real-life investors.
Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)
If you’re enthusiastic about science, you can apply for one of several short-term programs designed to expand your scientific research experience. At our Faculty of Sciences, the Racah Institute of Physics and the Einstein Institute of Mathematics offer exceptional summer REU opportunities. You’ll join a research team for 9-12 weeks, and take part in cutting-edge research at an internationally renowned institute.
Summer Science Internship Program
In addition to our REUs, our Summer Science Internship Program is a great way to gain practical research experience working in a state-of-the-art lab in fields such as molecular biology, genetics or bioengineering, to name a few.

Customized Internships Alongside Your Studies
Based on your personal interests, our internship coordinator will assist you in securing a customized internship that offers you the ideal work or research experience. We collaborate with acclaimed partners across a wide range of fields, such as venture capital firms and start-ups, med-tech companies, international aid organizations and NGOs, research institutions, and more. Our students have had the opportunity to intern with and gain practical work experience at Yad Vashem, the Harry S. Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace, OrCam, the W.F. Albright Institute of Archaeological Research, the Hadassah University Hospital and the Steven Spielberg Jewish Film Archive, among many others.
And that’s not all, you can combine your internship with a language course in Hebrew or Arabic or, alternately, integrate your internship with a summer course or study abroad.
