I use an Atomic Force microscope (AFM) to study the interaction between Extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. In particular, I am interested in the assembly and aggregation process of the protein TasA, a major matrix protein that has amyloid - like properties. Understanding the interactions between amyloid - like proteins may shed light on their formation mechanisms.

I am a postdoctoral student from India. I completed my PhD from JMI, New Delhi in 2018 and I am mostly interested in Biophysical Chemistry.  Since February 2019 I  utilize biophysical approaches to characterize the TasA aggregation mechanism

I was born in Jerusalem, and studied Chemistry (major) and Bilogy (minor) at the Hebrew University.

In the lab I study the protein-protein interactions that lead to the formation of the bacterial extracellular network.
