In high school she majored Physics and Math. In 2010- 2011 served at the national service in Hadera. Merav did her B.Sc in Physics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2012-2015). She is currently a M.Sc student at the Applied Physics Department at HUJI, at the ultra- fast physics lab, under the supervision of Dr. Gilad Marcus. Her research focuses on finding and investigating an optical system, which demonstrates an analogy to an interaction of powerful laser with an atom. Understanding of the processes resulting from such interactions could significantly contribute to the field of attosecond physics (1 attosecond= 10-18 second).
