Tipu was born in India and completed his Ph.D in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Bhisma K. Patel at IIT Guwahati. His doctoral research focused on "Photo and Electrochemical Strategies to C-N Bond Formation". Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Prof. Masarwa, Where he is working on photochemical organoboron chemistry.
