Pinaki Nad was born in West Bengal, India. In 2025, he completed his Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Arup Mukherjee from the Department of Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai (IIT Bhilai). His doctoral thesis focused on “Development of Boron-Based Catalytic Systems and their Application in Organic Transformations”. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Masarwa group.
