Ilumina® MiSeq®

The MiSeq System facilitates your research with a wide range of sequencing applications. The system uses the Illumina Sequencing by Synthesis technology (SBS) to enable massively parallel sequencing of DNA fragments with high accuracy. It is capable of single or paired-end reads, the system yields up to 15-20 million reads per run, with maximum read length of 600bp. The library prep kits that it uses are optimized for a variety of applications, including targeted gene, small genome, and amplicon sequencing, 16S metagenomics, and more.

We either give sequencing services including library preparation for wide variety of library preparation protocols, or for libraries prepared by user.
