Remuneration will be paid to the researcher according to the total annual amount of research funding received, equivalent  in U.S dollars in accordance with the limits set by the Planning and Budgeting  Committee of the Council for Higher Education, as follows:

 

Remuneration for conducting research "A":

A faculty member will be entitled to remuneration for conducting research according to the following:

1. If the total funding from grants received are less than $ 9,444 in a calendar year, no remuneration will be given.
2. If the total funding from grants received are between $ 9,445 and $ 75,552 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 30% of their annual salary.
3. If the total funding from grants received are between $ 75,553 and $ 118,051 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 40% of their annual salary.
4. If the total funding from grants received are above $118,051 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 50% of their annual salary.

           

Remuneration for conducting research "B":

A faculty member will be entitled to remuneration for conducting research according to the following:

1. If the total funding from grants received are less than $ 9,444 in a calendar year, no remuneration will be given.
2. If the total funding from grants received are between $ 9,445 and $ 18,888 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 6% of their annual salary.
3. If the total funding from grants received are between $ 18,889 and $ 31,480 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 12% of their annual salary.
4. If the total funding from grants received are between $ 31,481 and $ 70,830 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 20% of their annual salary.
5. If the total funding from grants received are above $70,830 in a calendar year,  the remuneration will not exceed 25% of their annual salary.
