Hadar Jabotinsky
Dr. Hadar Jabotinsky is a graduate of the European Doctorate program in Law and Economics studied at Hamburg, Germany, Bologna, Italy and Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The her PhD dissertation dealt with the issue of the structure of financial supervision and her academic interests are in the fields of Law and Economics, Regulation, Banking Law, Financial Markets, Competition Law and Regulatory Structures.
Hadar completed her LL.B studies at Tel Aviv University Law School magna cum laude and has an LL.M from Tel Aviv University Law School and a second LL.M from the European Master program in Law and Economics. During her LL.M and PhD studies in Europe Hadar was awarded the Erasmus Mundus scholarship for excellent students.
Hadar is an Adjunct Lecturer at Haifa University Law School where she is teaching an elective course titled “Securities Law and Financial Regulation” and a core course titled “Introduction to Law and Economics” and at Tel Aviv University Law School where she is teaching the “Introduction to Business Law” course to the students of the international LL.M program and an elective course titled “Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets”.
Prior to her PhD studies Hadar served as the Chief Legal Advisor, Secretary to the Board and Compliance officer of Euro-Trade Bank Ltd., as Head of Regulation Section of Bank Leumi Ltd. and as a Legal Advisor and Compliance officer at the Israeli branch of HSBC.
